The collection is for BALD musicians (vocalists, conductors, composers, arranger/orchestrators included).  I expect they'll be male, but female is OK.
This site is not for BALD celebrities, it's for BALD musicians.  Musicians don't have to be famous for this collection;  As long as they're publicly known for being a musician.  Actors don't count.  Portraying a musician in a film doesn't make them a musician.  (Most of them do it badly anyway.)
Exceptions to that:  Some actors are also active as performing musicians, or it's a former career. That counts.  (Getting stoned and jumping onstage with a band at a film festival doesn't count.)
On this website, "BALD" means Shaved Head.  Male-pattern baldness doesn't count;  You've gotta shave it!  Ving Rhames is BALD.  Sean Connery is not BALD.  Shaved leaving a Mohawk is a hairstyle - It doesn't count.  Buzz-cut is also a hairstyle, but it isn't shaved so it doesn't count.  Sinead O'Connor is a beautiful lady but she doesn't shave it so she isn't BALD.  (Phil Collins probably ought to shave it, but he doesn't.)
BALD is a full-time look - something you do every morning because that's the way you want to look, the way you want to be photographed, etc.  Shaving one time for a Halloween gig doesn't count.   Jamie Foxx just shaves every once and a while - that doesn't count.
